Mission Chibog: Isaw

Mission Chibog: Isaw

Going on mission has always been exciting, and that includes trying exotic foods. 🙂

And in most mission areas in the Philippines, street food is always a treat. Like the classic “Isaw”, made from barbecued pig or chicken intestines which goes very well with “kurat” (vinegar). The culture of a place cannot simply be known by the book, there’s a need to experience life more than in the comforts of one’s Fine China. Sometimes the most interesting stories can be found in the streets. Just care to see the signs. 😉
